Thinking to contact the seller to see if he can ship to Italy (likely to be) as I'm interested to see if I can find a belt for the spinner of my Mk2....
If a member here is bidding for it, I'd just kindly ask  if in case and  whenever it is not needed,  a rubber  belt suitable for the Mk2  spinner is found, could then send it to me...
Really getting mad at finding a belt for it....the ones I looked in motor shops are either too short or too long or too large..
I don't really know where to look for one...
Thanks

Ah...okay,  so it's Austin,  thanks...... I don't really want to bother him again...he has been already so kind shipping me all those things before... I can't ask yet another time...really I feel uncomfortable to...
I'd need the spinner drive belt, I tried with the elasticated ones that Austin  was enough kind to send me along with timer and knobs, bless him, but unfortunately they didn't work in the servis,  they lasted just few loads each before being torn because they slip during spin brake I suppose...
I tried going in Auto spares shops and even car junkyards, no luck,  speaking with my father asking  if he knew other shops tonight he said no but gave me some hope as he told me he had a mountain of  belts that I ignored at his farm,  piled in a wood barn taken from the workshop in there...even  in this case I was not lucky enough though, the one I found and that I brought home even if adaptable in lenght is too large and gets stuck in two metal sides near the spinner pulley and so  also  does not fit the pulley..
So my alternative now is this, I fully know the idea sound already stupid, maybe even more stupid is to try to, but I have nothing to loose now (maybe a phalanx but who cares for that?? LOL) .... the idea was of trying cutting in half that large belt in it's lenght with my best kithchen knife as to make it a thin one that could possibly fit the pulley correctly, I have 90%  of possibilities to fail in this and already know it well...
Just returned home from my company reunion dinner and now  I'm about trying this....finger crossed..
Otherwise  I was also thinking  at one of those rubber round elastic belts.... but I don't really know where to find one here, being  elastic then there is the risk they would fail in the spin brake, and being round likely would slip as spin motor pulley is supposed to work with a flat type...a round one would have a little surface to make force to in the pulley so is likely to slip the same way the elasticated cloth types does...+

I'm prety lost in this thing of the belt.......I don't really know what to do ...

Thanks, for letting me know, Mike....

Thank you Mike, you're so kind helping me in this...I will keep searching, hardest part is to find places where to search in now though!

I immediately started by making a mess with the belt cutting, belt to garbage transormation completed, I already knew it..didn't have much expectations....but had to try...
Regardng the pump, yes it works fine, the pump stll have it's original belt that's in good condition and looks like will  give many years of service ahead....also the agitator belt looks  in very good condition, i rubbed them both pump and wash belt with some  silicon  stuff to  mosisturize  also...they should still be fine  for many years...
Thanks Mike.

Just A Thought

You might want to try either, McMaster-Carr, or Grainger! Both will carry items that you can't fine anywhere else. Just a thought! Both you can find online!
