Is there a new front load washer with spin only setting.

I believe it is the "Steam Generator" that does the heating in the final spin.

This model does not have a steam generator. "Steam" is just the heater turning on before the actual main wash, heating up a minimal amout of water underneath the drum.

I have noticed that the clothes do seem kinda warm at the end of the final spin cycle. I thought that maybe our water was still warm enough, or after a hot wash, that there was still residual heat in the outer drum to warm the water up some. This will be my first winter with the washer and if it does heat the water/clothes in the final spin, I am going to love that since our cold water is kinda brutal cold on the hands. I know the SQ washer's cold rinse in the winter is brutally cold and taking the clothes out was quite painful to my hands, like stinging cold. I won't miss that!

The LG model in the video above is old and no longer made. These still had a TSG (Turbo Steam Generator).

I did a load of darks in my steam-less Duet today. 104F wash, two cold rinses and a long max speed final spin. Sure enough, the door glass fogged up during the spin and the clothes felt, well, not as cold as the rinse water.

Also note that LG went from calling it TrueSteam (steam generator) to just calling it Steam (heating a puddle of water underneath the drum) on the detergent dispenser.
