It is an early one...
It is probably a 1948-ish model. Their first dryer came out after the war as a 46 model. The 46/47 model looked like this...

First Westinghouse Laundromat
Thanks to Jerry Gay for finding and delivering this Westinghouse washer for our collection. It must be the very first model they made. We have not found a date on it yet, but it must be from around 1940. It is very different from the 1947 model L2 that I have.

Here's a 49 model. I want to say 1950 they switched to a black circle to more closely match the washer with the window.

I had a friend that his grandparents gave them the same model as Reply 1. It still ran fine but you could burn your hand touching the top.
