Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support AutomaticWasher.org:

That can be deceptive. It may mean A: "dryer powers on, heats up, advances automatically to end of cycle and shuts off" or B: "didn't blow up when plugged in". 'A' is the better option.

A dryer of this vintage may require repairs after just a few uses - thermostats or heating elements can give out or drum rollers and bearings may give out (had that happen recently...)

If you are serious about purchasing this, have the seller demonstrate the dryer by running it for about 10 minutes before you commit to purchase.

That depends on if this dryer (in a non-factory, incorrect color) really moves you or not.  If you really want it and you're OK with spending $250 for it, than  go for it.  But when you go to look at it, make sure you plug it in and test it first, don't just take the sellers word for it.

I saw this too

I still think 250 is too much imo. Realistically most ppl sadly scrap this kind of stuff and just crazy ppl like us on here like them. If it were me I'd offer 100 to 150 tops. It's more than scrap value and not super expensive..in case it ends up being a parts machine.
