Hi,

I am new on here and have tried to search for a similar post but have not been successful.

I have an ISE Classic supreme dishwasher that has worked beautifully up until about a week ago when it just quit. It seems to have no power getting to the controller/timer. I have checked voltage at the door switch and that it functioning properly. Manually turning the timer has no effect. No lights come on, no clicks, or any other noises.

I appreciate any tips on what to check next.

Also the terminals behind the push buttons all have power when any button is pushed other than the "no heat dry" button. And the terminal behind the "light" wash button does not ever seem to be energized but pushing that button does energize the rest. Once any button energizes the switch panel, there is voltage at the upper white connector on the timer.

Electrical problems like this can be tricky track down, question how are you testing for voltage? Are you just using a volt stick or do you actually have 120 V somewhere?

If you can't find a bad wire connection, I would make sure you actually have 120 V you may have lost the neutral somewhere, beyond that it's likely a bad timer or possibly a selector switch. You can check all the circuits through the selector switch with an ohm meter and the chart that you posted.

If you can't get 120 V anywhere in the control panel definitely remove the cover on the junction box behind the lower panel and make sure the wire connections are good and check for 120 V there before you go any further.

Let us know what you find, John

Moving on to a modern dishwasher, fingers crossed!

I had one twenty volt to the connections. took the timer apart no obvious defects. No burnt points, broken arms or anything, but still no power coming out. So I have decided to move on rather than spend $75 on a used timer that could likely have same issues.
If anybody is local (San Gabriel Valley, CA) or willing to pickup and would like to take this and try to resurrect this machine or use it for parts. I will have it for about a month. Please reach out to me.

Ps. I was surprised to discover I have a whole set of facepanels behind the harvest gold one, black, white and off white.
