Oh, I know! I was stunned when I heard that about the statue! There was an uproar after the 2001 terrorist attacks about American flags being imported from China because our domestic producers couldn't keep up with demand. This statue is very symbolic to our nation. How can it be any different that a Chinese-made American flag? You're right, cfz2882. It is an insult!
