Well I got two new finds today!

These gems came from Mark Goodall (rocketwarrior) here in town!

The first and most awesome I think, is this near mint Hoover constellation model 86. Its missing the hose but I find this more fun to push around than actually vacuum with!

Its fantastic. I have always wanted a connie! Great suction. Got some extra bags and all. Original rug tool in mint condition too.

Its so quiet I could talk on the phone with it!

The next machine is an AWESOME complete filter queen model 33 from 1968.

Its got the original attachments (some nicer than others)

Original Manual envelope, and original pack of filter cones. Original instruction pamphlets and all.

2 original receipts. Purchased right here in omaha!

NEW in pack Hair dryer! Oh I tested it out and its so much fun but not very practical.

This is also extremely quiet. Almost tempted to put it on low speed and sleep with it. Its smooth and my desk fan is louder than it!

A bit dirty in all, but will clean up very well!

Yea I will be calling a few stores around town to inquire for one.

I am sure Odowds vacuums can provide me with one. I have the Telescoping wands and such. Its just that darned hose I need!

Its a powerful little sucker. Surprising for its age. (early to mid 60s I think)

Here are my other two finds. These came from an ad on CL labeled -"dozens of vacuums need to go"--- Turns out it was a filter queen dealer- these were trade ins

I took these 2 home. The other 25 or so went to another local collector who collects kirbys. There were newer model orecks, kirbys, and a bunch of bagless vacuums. Some older hoovers and these 2 gems!

First is the prize of the haul. A pretty much brand new Sanitaire S677D. This is a TOL model and is only 6-10 months old.
I love Sanitaires. They are in my opinion the best cleaning upright vacuum available. They have a switch in the handle rather than the base for ease of use. The handle is a D look and is very comfortable.

The second machine is a complete 1992 Tristar CXL. Nothing is pictured with it as I didn't take them out of my truck at that time.

Tristar CXL

It has the original hose, wands, glittery tools, and tool carrier for the wands, and the powernozzle.

I find these to be the best cleaning canister vacuums. And certainly the most durable ones ever.

that is the same slogan

Washex used for the "Floataire" washer they made for years.. During Extract it rasied up off the floor and and "floated on air"
