It's Finally Here!!!

You might recall me asking about the differences between the two different early-model turbo-convection ovens by Farberware (The cool 60's era Stainless Steel model versus the 70's-is faux woodgrain model)

Well, here is the reason I was asking. It finally arrived today!

I think it makes a nice companion to the Tappan, don't you?

I simply love the styling on this oven! (Yes, it's sitting on the Nutone kitchen center. I have to do something about that)

I'm with Lawrence on this one; it's awesome! Does it cook pretty evenly? By the way, my kitchen is almost exactly the same color as yours. We have good taste, LOL!

Pete, the turbo-convection really doesn't get very warm. As long as you don't block the center vent, everything is cool.

Spankomatic, that's my Tappan Fabulous 400. It was (I believe) a pre-cursor to the Frigidaire Flair. This model is a gas range, but it was available in electric as well.
