Rottisserie Turkey?
Great idea Greg. I'm always looking for a new twist on Turkey (having perfected the "roasted" years ago, but not having the intestinal fortitude to attempt a "fried" one) Rottissing a turkey would guarantee hours of family fun, while assuring that the gift of moistness is shared throughout the bird.
If you're coming for Thanksgiving, bring a covered dish. It doesn't have to have anything in it. I just have a thing about covered dishes. You can never have too many covered dishes.
