Greetings and enjoy your National Holiday, I have a cheese business in Michigan and we use to get a Nokleost (spelling) cheese from Norway, people here enjoyed it with breakfast, we're unable to get it because of import regulations, etc, do you know of it? Again enjoy your holiday

Yes, I know the cheese you are talking about... We call it "Nøkkelost". If it's been translated directly into Norwegian, it will be "Keycheese"

Congratulations Norway!

My Great great great grandfather came over from Norway to fight in the Civil War (North), but he was so proud of his Norwegian heritage that he took a ship back there when Norway won its independence. Here he is back in Norway still carrying his suitcase.
