Love the GE blender! I have one like it in almond with a smoked acrylic jar. Would love to find the chrome with a glass jar. It blends a great frozen margarita!
The Hoover is very nice too. I just passed on one like it at the local SA because the handle had come off the jar and was very poorly reattached with what looked like hot glue. The base was that beige-y color similar to the vacuums.

Very nice Hoover you have there. For some reason the Hoover smalls seem to be scarce as hens teeth in the Buffalo, Ny area. Not that you can't find anything, there just aren't alot around here. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places.

Hoover Broiler/Toaster Oven
I saw a Hoover Broiler/Toaster Oven Model B1007 (I am pretty sure that's the number) at the SA complete with instructions, cool designs all over the front of the glass but missing the removable power cord. Excellent condition though. Anyone want me to return to purchase?

Hi Louis, yes the jar is plastic. I don't know if they came with glass jars or not, probably. There is a spatula missing that fits through a slit in the lid but I suppose any spatula will work.
BTW I happened upon a Hoover steam iron two days ago in very nice condition.
Sikiguya: I'm tempted by the toaster oven but will probably pass, the shippings going to cost too much to mail it here.
The back of the blender pamphlet shows a bunch of Hoover appliances and there's a full size washer/dryer set which I never knew they made.
