Want for the lamp I'm keeping, and not worth anywhere near THIS AMOUNT...

Yes, I had these parts, but got rid of, (along with the lamp that they came on which was a floor lamp w/ a table & two pull-chains, of which one stopped working) because the shade I have has a screen but that finale kept coming off, until I realized the rings around the post probably could have been adjusted, then it might've stayed on...

So, I'll try to stay content with what I had to settle for...

That lamp looks like a tole lamp from the 60's I have 3, a white table model, black floor model and a wall mount over the table model. If I had a camera that worked and could download into this stupid computer, I'd post them.

Well, thank you, CLASSIC CAPRICE!

Took a breather from my search, found a few other finials, one tarnished & supposedly not in worthy condition, as was pricy, and another part of a $40 set, also in dubious condition, so fraught with the still steep price for the one with the shade, I did eMail Cody's from his site, got immediately told he DOES have that part, (called him with my credit card info, and gave my address, after eMails at my AOL) and for $18, plus what I forgot was for Shipping, I got what I'd avoided paying what was too much for, but had to have, when I could have kept what I had, but didn't, so ultimately, money CAN buy happiness; thank you again...!

They aren't the cheapest, but I love Cody's. If you are ever in the area, it is definately worth a visit.

Well, it was worth it to get this piece, I could have kept, but couldn't put the old lamp out without its hat on...

So, may that be it for all my lighting and lamp needs...

I even sent them an eMail thanking them, and somehow it seemed they weren't used to the one customer like me, who really was grateful for helping to make this lamp (here's the best, and right shot of it) what it really should be:
