Detergent and the scent is absolutely wonderful.
P&G sent me a coupon several weeks ago good for a free (up to 64 uses)container of any Tide product, so while down near K-Sears picked up the R&V liquid.
Once again the shelves were almost empty of the Tide Rose and Violet scent and low on the Lavender detergent as well. In fact spied someone on my way in to the store, at checkout with two large bottles of the Lavender, Simple Pleasures detergent.
While deciding weather or not was going to use my coupon for the R&V (already had the bottle in hand, but was considering my options), a young girl came up and began scanning the long shelves of Tide detergents. Suggested she take a whiff of the R&V, which she did and then took a bottle as well.
Use about a scant two tablespoons, with a dash of STPP and some oxygen bleach on a set of white bed linens. Everything came out quite clean and smelling devine. While the scent is rather powerful in the bottle, after coming from the washer and a bit of line drying, scent is just "enough". Will know more after ironing tomorrow.
Strange but one local shop has both Tide Simple Pleasures detergents in, and seems not to have shifted much if any at all. K-Sears OTHO seems to move quite allot of the stuff. Wouldn't use it for everyday laundry, but for sheets and towels it seems a perfect fit.
