Kdfe104 kitchen aid dishwasher not cleaning well.

I recently moved this past spring, and it cleaned ok. When I inspected it when I first moved in, 1/4 of the spray arms were full of gunk, cleaned that out. The self cleaning filter was full, looked like it never was never cleaned before.
So I cleaned it all up and ran a dishwasher cleaner through it.
Lately it looks like there has been a film of soap. Things have not been getting clean. The glass ware has little white spots on them and if I don’t pre rinse, it will not take anything off- after taking it out, I can easy wipe it off. I went from finish dishwasher packs to using cascade powder and reducing soap. Still no luck. Can the pump get weak before it dies? That’s my only guess

Low fill level, inlet valve clog/restriction?

Water level is at the “right” level. So no I don’t think it’s that.

Swapped kitchen aids

One of my dads friend was fed up with their kitchen aid. The top rack basically fell down. They had already bought a new one. So I picked it up. It’s a top of the line kitchen aid with 3 racks. Using the global wash system. Built in 2014.
I used the upper rack in the dishwasher I currently had (2017) and installed it in the other one- worked perfectly!
Ran a load today and it does way better at cleaning!
