Interesting appearance. You suppose it's a sheet vinyl or a vinyl tile with very tight joints (I don't see a grid) or an indoor/outdoor carpet? Or a concrete finish.

Whatever it is, I like it.

That is a nice floor. I would say it's a sheet material, such as Armstrong Corlon.

Also possible that it could be terazzo.
