Kelvinator refrigerator experts out there--trying to ID fridge

Back in the 1980s, I had a very pristine example of this refrigerator. Single outside door, upper freezer with separate door inside. I recall it having a defrost capability (something like "vacation" setting too, as I remember). Can anybody tell me the model year(s) this design went through? I'm presuming no later than '53 or '54.

At the time I owned it, model years and build details were not all that interesting to me. I believe what I owned was 1952 or 1953. I'm interested in finding another. What I had was identical to the pic of the unit on a dolly--same broad plastic Kelvinator emblem, interior was very close, if not identical to the large photo of interior in an advertisement of the day.

I think I have that one sitting in my garage. It works, but the outside is like the one pictured, or a bit worse. I'm thinking early 50's.

The fridge pictured in the ad is a 52. 53's had blue trim along the bottom of the door shelves.
