That must be Kelvinator's Lagoon Blue color. A shame the machine doesn't function.

It is very shiny, so perhaps it's been refinished. Could also be porcelain enamel; not sure if that was used on these or not.
Kelvinator's color selection at that time was extensive - Bermuda Pink, Buttercup Yellow, Dawn Gray, Harvest Yellow, Lagoon Blue, Sand Beige, Spring Green, and Surf Turquoise.
As for the price, I wouldn't pay that if it worked and was full of food.
