On repairclinic.com, if you look at the drive motor part listing for 90 series washer model 110.92293100, it says 3 speeds on it. Now my machine is a model 110.92273100 70 series machine which is only 2 speed. Same thing on the 80 series version of this model. From what I've heard, the machine in this pic down below, with the 2nd rinse option is 90 series. Is this THE 110.92293100 model, and is the 3 speed description of the drive motor for it correct? Just curious.

I've tried searching for more info on this machine, but not much luck.

The machine in the pic is not the '931 model

Forget RepairClinic, go to Sears' parts website and you can see online scans of the parts diagrams that were shipped with each machine. The '931 model has four knobs to the left of the timer, which would be water level, temp, second rinse and the speed switch.

If the machine in your pic is a 90 series, it is probably a 901, 911 or 921.

Sears does list a replacement motor for the 931 which shows up as a 3-speed on the parts sites I checked. The 70-series models use a different replacement motor, which is a 2 speed.

Okay so, the then 931 model would probably be of the newer color style models from 1994 to 1996. But the thing that gets me, is that the only difference between my machine's model# and the 3 speed 90 series model# is the 9 for the series. Every other digit is the exact same, so I thought that it would be one of the wood top panel ones.

I have a special project/modification for my machine I wanna see about doing in the near future here.
