Basically, machine was working fine after I changed and modified the leveler from more than one year ago. Last week, it dispensed water then just stop, no nutate or spin at all while all LED still lit.
I tried to run all diagnostic tests, LED showed fine, but no nutation or spinning again.

Upon some basic testing by the manual steps, I found out the machine control board relay does not provide 120V voltage as needed to the motor control board. 80% of time, it shows 0V, 20% of time it shows 120V in a fraction of second and drops to 0V. Please seen attached pix.

- So, is there a way to test this relay and easy fix ? How easy and expensive to change it ?

- Can I just hard jump 120V from PIN 2/4 (from outlet) to PIN 1/5 ( which leads to motor control board ) for the time being ?

TIA

Great catch! Its a common problem on wave soldered boards to have components with heaver terminals not always solder well. Imagine the difference in mass between the relay terminals and the pins of that 40 pin DIP IC! Tough to solder one without messing up the other due to the dissimilar heat and dwell time needed.

The problem may be compounded by the migration to lead free solder depending on the vintage of the board. It might be wise to reflow all the heavy soldered joints on the board just in case.
