Kenmore Elect Dryer Model #84082

The drum turns but there is no heat.

I think this is the wiring diagram for my dryer.

I was able to find 3 different thermal fuses, one at the top of the coil housing, one in the vent housing and one attached to the back panel. They all have Ohm readings. The coil has a reading too.

Im at a loss what to do next. Can someone help?

Mine did the same thing...check the heater relay...if it doesn't energize...it won't heat

by heater relay so you mean the centrifugal safety switch in the motor?...

Unless the motor is turning ("run" winding) the heater won't heat.

Make sure you have 220 volts at the receptacle, and at the terminal block of the dryer. Frigidaire dryers tend to cook the heater wires when there is a heat build-up due to poor/clogged venting.

Where was your heater relay? In the circuit board?
