I just got a line on a 1954 Kenmore dryer in Los Angeles. It is gas, pilotless ignition with a UV bulb. Model 110-543792, serial number 1853 (could this be one of the first?). I understand the motor is bad. I have asked for a digital pic and will post it as soon as I get it. I believe it is free for the taking, as the owner just wants to get rid of it but doesn't want to send it to the Krusher.
