Looks to be from the beginning of the WCI stackable era, although never knew they made portables, unless the person selling this managed to take the washer apart from the dryer, and do a good job

These are all Whirlpool they had nothing to due with WCI.

 

These look to be in great condition, fun good performing machines, the washer is still a BD model that spins at 860 RPMs.
