Hi All those lucky enough to have a Keymatic.
I was wondering whether anyone has a sump hose assembley either original or a remanufactured bodge job to swap for a Bluey Green Keymatic boot.
The boot isn't cracked or perished on the inside, it has some small cracks on the outside. If anyone is interested, I can take it off to take some photo's. I lucked upon a new Black Keymatic boot a few years ago, but have yet to fit it.
Leon found a sump hose for me in a box of parts he acquired, but today on its third outing it has simultaneously split everywhere and is leaking like a sieve
I could put rubber tape on the flat sections, but unfortunately it is the corrugated tub hose that is the worst.
I had originally built one out of PVC and copper, but it was always getting air bubbles in the Pressure switch tube and the fill levels were either fractionally low or overfilling. I thought when Leon gifted me the proper sump hose, my problems were solved, but alas its not to be.
