It could be just me, but this looks like a rebadged Kitchenaid Top loader. Check out the wide lid opening.

It's not the KitchenAid version, but rather the regular ole Whirlpool/Kenmore version. The KitchenAid had the slower, longer agitator stroke, a physically larger agitator and consequently, a smaller capacity...only 3.0 cu ft.
