As a recovering Atlantan, I can tell you - Riverdale is either very good (there are a lot of very nice, very well-to-do people there).... Or very bad (as in not-so-nice, not well-to-do and really backward). I'd approach with caution. The good thing is that it's a KitchenAid. Riverdale's low-rent contingent wouldn't even know what that was.

In the future, we'd like a portable - apt. renting, and the GE built-in is not too good. Riverdale - sounds nice, though.
