If the appliances are in good condition (other than needing a cleaning or maybe a light bulb change), what a great price.

yes, CL seems to be busted.
CL is working ok for me. Maybe it was temporarily down (heaven forbid...lol) Anyhow ad has been up for 27 days but at least the contact info lists a phone # instead of just an e-mail address. Who knows? Maybe these items are still up for grabs. All it takes is a dialing of a ph# to find out for someone that's interested.
