Dang, wish that was closer (especially if still has the mesh detergent cup!).

It may not be a big problem - I have bought machines that 'don't work' and it turned out to be a bad power cord or plug!

I don't think the water in the photo indicates the machine has a leak.  I see a garden hose and indications of hanging plants nearby.
