Kitchenaide KDS-16 Wont Run

Hi Folks,
I just bought a house with a KDS-16 that looks pretty mint. Other than the buttons sticking a little, everything else looks in order except she will not turn on. Almost as if there is no power. We've check the fuses, water line and any external switches we can find.
Any insight would be helpful.

To start it you must close latch the door and push a cycle button.

If that doesn't work you have to start tracing what's wrong could be a bad door switch program switch but I would check the power connection at the junction box behind the lower panel to be sure there's really 120 V at the dishwasher.

LOL! Yes, I know about the door latch.
We thought about the door switch and/or a program switch as well but no idea about the lower panel.
Will check it out.
