Lady Baker brand gas stove

While Cleaning out my wife's uncle's house we found an old 40" gas range in very rough shape. The brand name is "Lady Baker", I'm wondering if anyone here has ever heard of this brand name before. It is a very "no frills" range, and is as rough looking as the stove that RickR removed from his fixer-upper. Just curious.
