Laundry equipment on the road

A week of travel in Seattle and Vancouver and the Belltown Inn has LG and Maytag and the laundromat in Vancouver has Maytag as well..anyone know how good LG commercial is?..did not use them, though

I have only seen the smaller size Whirlpool/Maytag, Duet Sport style, in coin-op form. Were the LGs kept clean? The WP f/l washers (and SQ for that matter) I've seen were not fit to put laundry into.
