I am definitely going to try these ribs. I make a recipe from Trisha Yearwood's cookbook Georgia Cooking in an Oklahoma Kitchen and they are good but alot of work. The sauce from her recipe I am going to make and use it on the ribs. Love your videos and recipes!

I tried the recipe yesterday using some very thick boneless porkchops. They turned out great! Will now have to try it on some ribs.
