That looks scrumptious! However, when I saw the line “Delia's Introduction and Trailer” at the start of the video it got me to thinking of cooking and trailers and naturally Jolene Sugarbaker came to mind. Jolene is quite the mistress of fusion cuisine, in this video she whips up pork chops marinated in cola with barbecue sauce. Some might prefer Coca Cola, but I’ll have mine with RC please . . .

It's actually quite common for people to marinade fajitas in Coca Cola and Lime Juice a few hours before cooking. It gives the meat a fantastic taste.

Delia's videos exhibit a zen-like calm and they're filmed in close-up so the finer points of technique are easy to see. I want to make the English Apple Pie. Measurements are given in weights, but I weigh ingredients like flour and sugar anyway, so it's just a matter of extending that to salt, baking powder, etc. Thanks for the link, Louis.
