TV Ad Compilations

That's the name of my folder in which this set of ads is a part of. There are close to 600 files in there. Each file has an average of ten classic commercials of a wide variety on it. Each ad averages 30 seconds. Total approximate time: 50 nonstop hours of fun listening, as all the files are MP3s. By the way, no doubt one could easily serve a good sized party with "Jet-Action Milk Shakes."--Laundry Shark

HEY!! I want one of those Frigidaire "Jet Action" Blenders!Blendtec-Vita Mix-Move over! Its time for the "Jet Action Blender" by GM Frigidaire! In a Dennis The Menence Episode-he did just that-used the family washer to make a milkshake for all of his freinds!A DVD boxed set of Dennis the Mennence comes out this week-will se if that episode is in it.

The dash of the car in the fantastic GM comercial before the Frigidaire washer was from a 1969 B body Pontiac. More than likely parts then from a 1968/1969 GM solid tub Rollermatic Frigiaire washer. Great commercial!

Milkshakes for lunch, Pat, thanks

but I'm gonna use the Braun Hand-held rather than the Frigidaire

Wonder who got that Eureka! moment.

Yeah, the pulsamatic would really whip it up

Well, if one could make milk shake in a frigidaire, what would be possible to make in a Kelvinator? bread dough?

And what about the apex? set fire on the bottom of the tub and stir fry in it? LOL

Here in Brazil isn't too unusual to see people (usually at college parties) making caipirinha in semi automatic washers. most of our semi automatic are very cheap, all plastic and look like a wringer washer without the wringer, or like a giant blender.

Of course when they are going to do something like that, they usually buy a brand new machine (never used with clothes). They just fill it with vodka or "cachaça", sugar, limes, ice cubes and sometimes they serve straight from the drain hose.

I don't drink but this and other wierd things make me miss the college years. LOL

Nothin like the taste of the Vodka,Limes, suger, ice and the taste of plastic!
The mortar mixer would make a good dough kneader-they remind me of the giant dough kneaders you see in really large bakeries.Just make sure you haven't mixed concrete in the mixer before the dough!Oh yes in the little film clip-maybe mix the drinks again in the blender they were using to drink from.

Luckily those don't taste plastic.

These machines are made of SAN or polypropilene and some cheaper models made of recycled soda bottles.
Specifically that model (Mueller Superpop) had a transparent version made with exactly the same plastic used by Tupperware or some blender and food processor manufacturers.

The machine bends but never breaks and it's also freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe. LOL
I'd love it even more if it had an hermetic lid. It would be the first Tupperware able to store a whole watermelon.
I'd also love to host tupperware mashing machine parties.

I'll start a thread about them.
