Here is our version of ham & scalloped potatoes:
chopped parsley and onion to taste, 1 cup milk, 1 cup 1/2 & 1/2 (light cream), bring to a boil, add 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted), stir while bringing back to a light boil, add 1/2 cup butter (no margarine), stir until butter is melted. Pour over layers of sliced ham and potatoes. Bake 2hrs @ 350 degrees or until the potatoes test done. You may have to bake it longer depending on how many layers you have.
