The Cook-n-Stir looks good on the counter but is so loud you almost have to leave the room if you have it running for any amount of time.

Earplugs help. I have to wonder why they made them being so loud. Surely they knew it would be a major turn off to the consumer once they got it home and turned it on. Have to admit though that as a blender they're excellent
On the baking front I finally got my Bosch Universal dug out yesterday and set to baking some bread last night. I didn't have my recipe on hand and sort of winged it.. First attempt was bricks and the second attempt somewhat better but nothing I'd serve to anyone. I think I was too tired, rushing, and screwed up on the amounts of yeast vs oil.

I was making some frosting. I, however, can't wait to try the frosting recipe that Kelly posted in one of his threads. It's made with karo syrup and marshmallows. That should get one going first thing in the morning. LOL. It really sounds good!
