Love how they are so threatening and intimidating yet they sang really silly songs. Pop is just not the same these days, and I am not old yet

Actually, given the popularity of Lady GaGa and Gwen Stefani, I am amazed how much they are both like Dale Bozzio of Missing Persons. I love Missing Persons and remember this film clip as a kid. Her outfit certainly is permently etched on my memory as well as the refrain "what are words for"

I've also been enjoying (and there are many) the folks who post a one man or woman with ukulele cover. These are often just really charming. This particular girl often posts this type of webcam song, but developed enough of a following that she's toured with Ben Folds and played Bonaroo this year.
