My machine is level. FYI, have you noticed that the normal cycle is labeled different names on certain models? It still does normal tumble and high speed spin. Mine has normal/casual cycle which is the regular cottons cycle while the workout wear is a permanent press cycle which I rarely ever use.

Have you tried the cotton/sturdy AKA the normal cycle? What was the wash/spin behavior?

There is no "normal" cycle on the Neptune 7500.
