LG parts

Is anybody else having problems ordering parts for LG washers(or anything LGish) from Sears. There are several things that are in red letters saying not available from manufacturer(or something like that). The liquid soap dispenser I order was "in stock" when I ordered it, but for some reason the day it was to be delivered, it was back ordered waiting till it was available. It is Sears, or is it LG? To me, it sound like LG.

I got rid of our LG FL WM2032 a year ago but saved some of the more important parts.Maybe if you let me know what you are looking for and or the part numbers, I may have what you need.
Our model is was the one with the top mounted controls, but underneath, I am sure they shared the same parts.

It's a front mount control. I ordered the part like Horsey's got. The liquid goes in this blue part and dissolves the detergent. I already paid for it, like a fool. Post#475342, Reply#27

It finally came in

on Friday. I ordered an LG part, but I don't think it's from LG. It works fine, so no complaints.
