On the heavy duty cycle it will reverse the drum every now and again. Comes in very handy.

Only on heavy duty? Are you referring to Turbowash? Turbowash is default on for both Normal and Heavy Duty cycles. It's an available option for Permanent Press, Whites, Sanitary, Bulky Items, Towels and Allergein.

Just Installed one of these
It seems like a very nice unit that is built well. The look is great, and I’m interested in the longevity of it over time as well. So far the new users are very happy with it!

I believe Whatsername Reply #40 is referring to Imperial70's comment Reply #39 about his GE dryer reversing tumble every now and again on the heavy duty cycle.

Dadoes is correct, the limited reversing seems odd. As an aside, I have the 4000 series turbo wash machines and am very happy with the performance and available options, save for the lack of steam/extra hot on towels but I just run those on heavy duty or bright whites as needed. The push notifications on cycle completion from the LG ThinQ app are superfluous but definitely handy
