Lifebuoy soap

Can you describe the smell of the later coral lifebuoy soap not the original carbolic version?

That's a tough ask! I used it several times, but I don't know how to describe it. It wasn't strong or flowery, at any rate.

Slightly medicinal but sweet and definitely not "carbolic" like the original Lifebuoy. I have a pretty large stash of the most recent version of Lifebuoy (which really has not been available since sometime in the early 2000's), as well as Lux (also no longer available) but I don't use either exclusively. I will alternate with Safeguard, Ivory and for winter, Unscented Dove for sensitive skin or Pear's glycerine soap. I tend to get very dry in the cold weather, and the Dove stuff does help.
