Lint Filter Retrofit?

Hi there,

This is really some forum -- I had no idea people were so into washing machines!

I have a Kenmore Series 90 washer (#110.26912691) and I would like to retrofit it with one of those lint filters that are built into the agitator. I've found a Whirlpool auger (http://www.stoneparts.com/Store_Part.aspx?Id=310345) and also the same auger with agitator (http://www.stoneparts.com/Store_Part.aspx?Id=312041), does anyone know if these would work on my machine?

It will work inside your washer!
But if my mind serve right, it is meant for a Standard capacity washer.

I've only seen the maytag lint filters inside the agitators, what do they look like, and are they as effective?

It is very effective, but since this model already has a lint filter under the basket, the load will be almost lint free with this added unit.
