All in the Family

The Bunker's didn't have a washer and dryer. They had to go to the laundramat. The laundramat had Maytag top-loaders. There were 3 episodes featuring the laundramat. One early episode where the owner wants to sue Archie for overloading and breaking a machine, in which Edith has to act as judge and decide who is at fault. Another episode has a sponsor wanting Edith to do commercial for laundry detergent . A third episode features the laundramat when a widower falls for Edith at the laundramat.
