Help! Cannot log in to AW on my main computer. Does not work.

I am working on another computer.

Any suggestions?

I turned the other computer off, then on again and the log-in attempt was still unsuccessful.

Thanks!

It could also be a "cookie" problem. Try deleting your cookies. I really feel for you, I had problems logging into another board (one that I moderate!) and deleting my cookies was the only thing that worked. (Talk about frustrating!)

Still not working

Cleaned my cache, temporary internet files, and cookies. As far asI know, I am accepting cookies and have only a medium security level. As far as I know, nothing has changed, so I am perplexed.

I log-in with my unsername and password, and it states that automatic log-in will keep you logged on for seven days, When I click to leave that particular screen, I am not in fact logged in.

What else can be wrong?

When was the last time you've defrag your system and run a spyware check?
Something is blocking you from logging on properly, run your Anti-Virus program to see if something is piggy backing or hijacking your browser....

Something is preventing your cookies for either being created or being saved properly. I would try a different browser next.

Thanks for the suggestions

All other log-ins are okay to other sites(Citibank, AT&T, etc).

Am doing a defrag now, and later an anti-virus update.

Hopefully, those will fix the log-in problem to AW.

I am using Internet Explorer and have had no problems with it till now.

I downloaded Mozilla Firefox and can log in to the site using Firefox.

Why can't I log in to the site with Internet Explorer?

I really suspect a bad cookie. Every now and then I can't download a picture from Flickr and invariably it's a cookie issue. I don't mess with IE any more only Firefox, there is soooo much more you can do with it that with IE. I love my add on's.

Try downloading and running CCleaner, it's free and does a great job of rooting out crap (that's what the "C" in the name stands for...)and you can tell it to protect certain cookies if you want to save your various log-on's.

BOINGGGGGGGGG!

Finally figured the problem out...

The computer date was set to June 21, 2009 and not today's date. When I made that change, my log-in worked.
Guess AW is date sensitive.

Thanks to all who tried to solve my problem.
