Change Your Language Setting
If on Internet Explorer,go to the options settings for what language(s)your computer is set to and uncheck everything but "English/US".
When using settings for other countries such as French or German sometimes IE will read to other servers that you are actually IN those countries and trigger warnings such as you have been getting.

Aaahhh!!! That looks just like the "Dexter" that nearly took my arm off when I was a little boy. (The Dexter was not so colorful though.) I'm gonna have bad dreams tonight, I know it.
