I found my high speed GE, and now I want to find something a bit more beastly and slow turning. The main thing I'm after is being able to dispose of any kind of bones, without the lightest concern about damaging the machine. Also prefer something on the quiet side, as I already am receiving complaints about how loud the GE is. I'd love to find a batch feed model, since this disposal will be installed on the other side of the sink, with the wall switch controlling the GE. I can find a way of installing an air switch if I have to though.
