Good for someone who likes to restore. There are a couple of really good looking ones in the lot, some junk too. Not mine but they had an ad on CL pointing to their eBay auction.

Jukebox prices are in the cellar now, it'a a buyer's market. Machines that sold for $10,000 ten years ago are begging for $4000.

Later machines, like the one in the above link, are worth very little. It's not as much fun if you can't see the record play. I'd never pay $750 for an Americana II.

Yes I could repair one if it came my way-saw a lot of jukeboxes-later ones-the changer is not visible of various makes-came from a retired route operator-his older tubed Seeburg,Wurlitzer visible TT machines were sold. All that is left is the newer ones-and some of them the swap shop operator gutted the unit and put a sony "Boombox" CD changer inside instead of the orig equipment.Told him NOT interested in the gutted units and suggested to the swap shop operator he stop doing the "gutting"Still looking for a vintage machine to fix up preferably 45-since I have a lot of 45's from radio stations-a jukebox would be a great, convenient way to store and play the records.Right now they are in several large HEAVY boxes-mostly from the 60's.
