But it is not usable with a power coat finish, the area around the burners won't last 30 minutes when cooking at high flame without serious damage and lots of dangerous fumes being emitted from the plastic PC finish overheating and starting to burn.
Likewise around the oven the finish will fail badly at high oven temps and during broiling.
Power coating is only good for about 250F, this is why no range manufacturer has used PCFs to replace porcelain finishes. In addition it can discolor, scratches easily when hot etc.

I wonder if it could be stripped back to it's original finish? It's a shame how these beautiful vintage appliances are ruined with these fads.
