A friend of mine got one, can't get it to work, customer support is non existent, I dont know if his is defective or what, if it sounds too good to be true....

I order one from an infomercial about 2 months ago because it was supposed to come with 2 years of free service for something like $39. I spent forever on the phone during the infomercial talking to the automated Cindy or whoever spelling out my name, address, etc and repeating over and over etc. It was really really frustrating.. Anyways I waited for about 5 weeks, nothing came, so I guess my order didn't go thru. They have a terrible website for trying to ask questions.. difficult to find the contact link email address wihtout going thru all the FAQ's

I know several people you have them and love them. The ONLY requirement is a decent high speed connection. One friend takes his with him to FL in the winter and uses it all the time, but at home he only has dial up and here it's worthless. I hear no difference when talking on the MJ or the regular phone.
If I could port my home phone number to it, odds are I'd be all over it.

Publishers clearing house. The device is like other interenet calling devices. However on yahoo messanger you can talk to someone on their 2 way system plus with webcam you haave a audio/video phone!!!!!! liked they talked about in the late 1970`s in a general buisness book we had in a class.

so you could raise it up quickly for tire change or underside repairs.
