Make of Stove?

Check out the stove in the kitchen of this house I found listed for sale....what is the make of stove? It looks like the oven doors swings open to the left?

Never seen that stove before..  it is a cool house . The sofa looks original to the time it was made, looks like they have an organ as well..  Probably built in the 60's.. Isn't that kind of expensive for that area?

With a side-hinged door, I guess it's a Tappan-Gurney.

 The range hood looks like a Miami Carey and the fridge is probably a Kelvinator. I wish the pictures were just a bit larger!

 

Here are a few pictures of a Tappan Gurney that's not the same but with the same style of oven door. Tappan often made gas ranges with the controls on the front so it would make sense if the one above is one.

You've pretty clearly got an answer. Interesting that those didn't make it down here (although they do sell side-swing built-ins...starting back in the 60s with Westinghouse, continuing to present day from Frigidaire/Quebec plant.

Yes I noticed the organ in addition to the piano. There didn't seem to be a TV in that room which seems strange for around here. House prices are high up here.

It's a Tappan-Gurney for sure.  The next-door neighbours at the ancestral home in Pointe-Claire had this stove (and matching refrigerator).
