I would like to thank Rogera608, aka Roger, for his awesome help on showing me how to service a hoover convertible style motor, and making my once air raid siren sounding hoover 63, into a beautiful purring hoover.
I am so over impressed with the way it turned out. It runs just beautifully, and now with a headlight from my newly acquired 61 from Ben, it literally looks near new.
Everyone was very pleased with its turnout. Thanks again!
Another thanks to Ben Swestka aka swestoyz, for the beautiful gifts---
Hoover 61- in great condition. Has a unique hammertone gold like paint. Sure is different, but very beautiful. Dont know if its original-
Hoover dial a matic with headlight- not sure on model or age- But looks great!
A HOOVER JUNIOR 115! YES! looks to be mostly, or all original. I LOVE IT! It runs quite well. Always wanted one.
A kirby classic shipping box with almost all attachments, and a cool old c.a 510 kirby shipping box!
And last but certainly not least, a hoover model 31 special convertible. The rare one with the switch in the handle bail! Way cool!
And Terry, Pat, and everyone else, who made a delicious meal.
thanks again, and hats off for a fine evening! More tomorrow too!
Pictures coming tomorrow!
